Every October the mental health community collectively celebrates World Mental Health Day as a way of increasing awareness of issues, disseminating information, and propelling action toward promoting good mental health. This year's theme is a rallying cry to help recognize and solidify that “Mental health is a universal right.” For the 2023 campaign, the World Health Organization has created a concise list of the key messages supporting that theme, which can be found on their website here: WHO. In addition, the official site of World Mental Health Day is loaded with lots of good information and resources to help provide more information about the campaign and ways to get involved.
