Maybe your depression and anxiety are overwhelming, and it's tough getting through your day. In any case, you need help finding the insight needed to invite effective change into your life.
As a counselor, I strive for a collaborative relationship, which promotes open communication and authenticity to meet your goals. By welcoming clients into an environment that facilitates insight and growth, we can establish a therapeutic relationship that promotes better well-being.
By utilizing multicultural and integrative practices, I am able to draw from evidence-based theories, as well as mindfulness techniques, to serve my clientele with greater veracity. Using therapies such as Internal Family Systems, CBT, ACT and meditation, allows my clients and I to confront emotional and behavioral concerns to gain awareness and balance.
Feeling stuck can make change feel impossible. I believe it is when we feel lost that we grow the most. A deeper understanding and more compassionate connection with yourself and the world around you is possible. Please reach out to schedule a consultation.
