Nice to meet you.

Therapy can be a safe, private space to look at what's holding you back and figure out how to move forward. I know that working through these challenges isn't always easy, so I focus on what matters most to each client.

I'm here to offer an open, supportive, and non-judgmental environment where you can really dig into your experiences. Everyone is unique, and my aim is to listen closely and work together with you to handle whatever difficulties you're facing.

I work with adults, couples, and teens using a mix of methods based on evidence-based practices. My style centers around being person-focused, insight-driven, and always being mindful of different backgrounds to help you strengthen self-awareness and make positive changes.

If you'd like to explore therapy, just reach out whenever you're ready. We can chat to see if I'm a good fit for you. I look forward to getting to know you and supporting you on your journey.
